Build Upon the Efforts of the Western Governors’ Association and Others to Improve the Application of the Endangered Species Act, Reduce Unnecessary Burdens on the Energy Industry, and Facilitate Conservation Stewardship A number of groups, most prominently the Western Governors’ Association, have worked to evaluate and develop recommendations to improve the application of the ESA.
